The Stalls My Destination

After being in the office on the first floor for several hours one day, I decided to stop neglecting my bladder and go to the women's restroom on the first floor of the NAC.

I'm doing "the dance" as I'm racing down the hallway, trying to avoid the water fountain at all cost.

When I finally get there, the bathroom is closed! On the door is a sign that reads "Closed for Cleaning."

Why is it that this women's restroom, complete with over 6 stalls, is closed for cleaning during peak hours?

Not only does it always smell horrible, but then we are forced to go to the small bathroom on the second floor, and when it's an emergency, the second floor is a long ways away.

Hands Off Our Rack Since when did Metro, the free paper, get their own rack here in school?

I'm tired of passing by the first floor on my way up the escalator and seeing a stack of Metro papers where The Campus newspapers should be.

Whoever distributes these papers should be respectful enough to place those papers somewhere else. Perhaps on the security desk where students enter the NAC on the first floor or at the information desk along with the other magazines piled on there.

An even better idea might be actually doing their job correctly and handing them out to people like they're supposed to.

We get enough free papers from the people hassling us on our commute to school, we don't need it here.

To: Hands off our rack

While your concerned bias is understood to me, I do not think your paper holds majority over those racks. Every time I see them they have your paper yes, but it's usually empty. (Continued…)

Whoah I believe each owns their racks. It would be like the NY Times buying a storage host then having the Washington Post coming and taking it over. You're argument is invalid. (Continued…)

Igga what you said doesn't make sense, how is the argument invalid?

There is a process we must go through to get those racks, we actually have to request them through the student center and sign a proposal to put out papers there, the racks don't just appear magically. (Continued…)

I think we should stack that thing with more papers so it looks new. They probably throw Metros ontop because it looks like an old issue.
